B KYND Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure all B KYND products are packed and shipped under strict cold-chain conditions.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The products arrives completely defrosted and unusable
  • Incorrect items were delivered

You must contact us within 6 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and your order number.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.

NOT Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customers not available to receive delivery
  • Incorrect delivery details provided
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Orders left unattended after delivery
  • Courier delays outside of our control
  • Products not placed in the freezer immediately
  • Products that are partially thawed but still cold

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

All products must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery.

B KYND is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in receiving or storing your order.

Cold Chain Notice

Our products are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to maintain freezing temperatures during transit.

However, factors such as weather conditions, handling and courier delays are beyond our control.
