Orders & Delivery:

How are B KYND products delivered? All products are delivered frozen in insulated packaging to help maintain temperature during transit.

Where do you deliver? Currently, we deliver within South Africa.

What days are orders shipped? Orders are shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays only to help ensure products remain frozen during transit.

When will my order be sent? Orders placed before 12pm on Tuesday may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday will only be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Product Storage:

How should I store the products? Keep products frozen until ready to use.

Can I refreeze products after thawing? We DO NOT recommend refreezing products once fully thawed.

Product Use:

Can the products be heated? Our Seafood range is designed to be served cold for sushi, poke bowls, salads, bagels and similar dishes.

NOT 100% Real Feef can be served cold or heated and prepared as desired.

Allergens:

Are the products vegan? Yes, all of B KYND's products are 100% plant-based.

Does any products contain Soy? Yes, only our NOT 100% Real Feef contains Soy

Are the products Gluten-Free? Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
