At B KYND, we take great care in ensuring your products arrive frozen, fresh and ready to enjoy.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently deliver nation wide within South Africa.

FROZEN DELIVERY

All products are packed frozen using insulated packaging and cooling packs to help maintain temperature during transit.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

National frozen deliveries typically arrive within:

• 3-5 business days.

Plettenberg Bay collection orders will receive collection confirmation once ready.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Products must be placed into a freezer immediately upon delivery.
• Someone should be available to receive the parcel where possible.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, load shedding, weather conditions or failed delivery attempts.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.

Collection details will be shared after your order is processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, we do not accept returns on delivered products. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery at:
